Course Enrolment Terms and Conditions

Students understand that the course must be completed within one year from the date of enrolment.
Students have the right to apply for temporary suspension or deferment of classes but must provide reasonable proof and pay an administrative fee of HK$1,000 (except for pregnancy). If a student applies for suspension of the course due to pregnancy, a doctor’s certificate is required, and the course will be postponed.
Students clearly understand that all tuition fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. All tuition fees paid will not be refunded unless the course is cancelled due to full capacity or insufficient number of students. Once accepted by the college, tuition fees and degrees are not transferable to others. If there is a class transfer, please go through the transfer procedure and pay a handling fee of 1,000 yuan and the balance of the course before the class starts. No application for class transfer will be accepted after the class starts.
Students clearly understand that 90% attendance and passing the exam are required to receive a course certificate.
Students clearly understand that they must obtain a course certificate before they can get a job.
Students clearly understand that photos taken in class are owned by HKOPA.
Students must not be late. Those who are late must deduct the minutes of lateness from the theoretical time of the day. If they are late for more than 1 hour in theory, they will be deducted for one theoretical class on the day.
Students must complete the course theory exam before they can be placed in a practicum.
Students understand that the school will suspend theoretical classes every two weeks from the first day of the first year to the seventh day of the new year, and practice classes will continue.
Internships must be decided by the instructor. The location and time of the internship will be arranged by the instructor.
Internships must be applied in person or by Whatsapp 67737732 to the academy but must be approved by the instructor.
Students must make clear that they will follow the instructor to arrange suitable internship paths for students during the internship, but I hope that students will understand that if there is a sudden change in the situation and there is no internship, the school will make supplementary time.
Students must bear their own medical expenses in the event of an accident during class or internship.
In case of special circumstances, the school reserves the right to change the class time, location and instructor of the course, and will notify via Whatsapp.
